And we’re back here again! Another month gone; and although it’s not been the best month ever personally as I was struck down with a rotten cold for 2 weeks after not having a cold in 3 years, I have read some amazing books, taken part in #PaperbackMonth along with a bunch of other bloggers and started a few of my 33 Before 33 challenges including, reading all the books on my bookcase and taking 1 photo a day of something that makes me happy for an entire year. But anyway, onto the books!

As you can see, I’ve been so into Chick Lit and Women’s Fiction this month! I just can’t get enough of these cute, quirky stories with lovable characters and gorgeous pastel covers!
What I’m Planning On Reading Next Month
Considering I’m not going to be at home for 2 weeks of next month, I decided my Kindle books would be more convenient and what better time to try and get through my NetGalley books? I’ve also agreed to take part in Sophie and Suzanne’s NetGalley challenge this month. I’m really looking forward to these 3 books!
Miscellaneous
This month saw in World Night Book which I was a volunteer for, for the first year! World Book Night is a non-profit organisation aiming to encourage reading and volunteers are sent a box of books to then hand out and give away! I ran a giveaway on my blog and also donated some of the books to my local animal sanctuary. This month, I also did a post on 33 things I want to do before I’m 33, which I’ve already started working through and am super excited about! I also used NetGalley for the first time this month, after being signed up for 2 years and never using it!
Blogging and books aside, this month hasn’t been all that eventful; my boyfriend and I were both suffering with an awful cold for a good 2 weeks (even writing this I’m still coughing) which put a lot of things on halt. Fortunately we’re both feeling better now, which is good especially as it’s just in time for our holiday on the 8th May! Which I’m hoping to do some travel posts about when I get back.
I hope you’re feeling better now.. 🙂 Cecelia Ahern is a great storyteller, I love If You Could See Me Now, it’s my favorite book of hers.. 🙂
Love Cecelia Aherne’s books but not read Where Rainbows End. Must get to that one. What is Sophie and Suzanne’s Netgalley challenge? (I have a few to catch up on too including one I accidentally clicked from an auto-approved publisher!)

Thanks Josephine! I’m definitely on the mend! I suffer from horrible hayfever though so throughout the summer, I sort of feel like I have a constant cold anyway haha!

Where Rainbows End is on my TBR pile, I must read it soon as it’s shouting at me from the shelf! I read Don’t Turn Around and Game of Scones this month and they are brilliant, hope you enjoy them as much as I did 🙂 xxx

I’ve only read two of her books. I have one on my nook, and I may splurge and get one on audiobook, or take the responsible route and go to the library. I feel she writes realistically if that makes sense =)

I am trying to put myself on a ban it isn’t working too well. I have to though over the summer! I’ve read PS I Love You and Love Rosie which is the other title for the one you read. =)
Ooh yes, have you seen the film Love, Rosie? I loved the film as well as the book! (: I started reading P.S I Love You years ago but cried so much I had to stop haha!
Honestly it wasn’t my favorite adaption, but looking at it purely from the view of a movie it was cute. PS I Love You is my favorite book and movie. I saw the movie so many times before the book that I had no hard feelings towards either. Honestly, I will watch anything with Gerard Butler in it!! ^_~
ooh! I think I might be picking up Where the Rainbows End. I just want another book from Cecilia Ahern 🙂 And I’m so happy I finished my April TBR and read some great books like To kill a mockingbird and The Raven Boys so yeah, April was good to me. really good. HAHA 😉
