I’ve offered advertising packages on my blog plenty of times before but each and every time, something didn’t feel quite right. I wasn’t particularly enjoying it, I didn’t know if it was make much of a difference to anyone and to be perfectly honest, I don’t think my blog was really in a position to be offering advertising packages at that stage. I re-grafted my packages over and over again to include different tiers and different perks and eventually, it all got so confusing and so stressful that I stopped. But that’s okay because blogging is a constant learning curve and I definitely learnt something from that. 

Then back in August, I officially announced the closure of my blog tour business, which had been a long time coming and it felt great (albeit kinda sad) to close that chapter of my life and career. But with that extra “thing” now no longer in my life, I figured that I could use that energy on something else and the first thing that came to mind is to re-introduce advertising packages back on my blog.

It’s been a good 3 or so years since I last offered them and thankfully my following and my stats have grown pretty significantly since then. I’m in a much stronger and better position to be offering something like this so I figured to hell with it, let’s give it another go! I’ll learn from my past mistakes and bring much better and more structured packages for you this time around. 

I’m so grateful for the interest I’ve had for these new ad packages and it really does take a whole lot of weight off of my shoulders knowing that people are interested! So without further ado, let’s introduce you to my first set of new advertisers! A feisty, incredibly talented and lovely bunch of bloggers..

I am absolutely delighted to welcome my first advertiser as she’s someone who’s blog I’ve followed for a long time (and was mentioned in this post I did a little while ago!) You may know her as Hello Lizzie Bee through her blog but for September I’m thrilled to be advertising her Etsy shop, lizjowen!

A stationery lovers dream, Lizzie’s Etsy shop is full of notebooks, prints and badges with motivation quotes, fun slogans and bright, colorful and quirky designs. I particularly like this Hustle Hard Girl Notebook and the Here Come the Ghouls print, perfect for Halloween! Her work is so affordable and would make perfect gifts or stocking fillers! (Yes, I’m talking about Christmas already)

You ready for the next one? Of course you are! I’m thrilled to welcome the ever so lovely Jade from Simply Jadey onto my blog this month! Jade is a 17 year old lifestyle blogger who covers a range of topics from books, beauty and mental health. She’s also the winner of the ‘Most Aesthetically Pleasing Blog’ award and won the 16-19 category at the Teen Blog Awards!

Not only is Jade utterly lovely, an award-winning teen blogger, with a beautiful blog she also writes her own poetry! She shares some of her own work on her blog as well as tips and other general posts about writing poetry. I don’t know about you but I’ve tried to write poetry before and it is really difficult so I’d love for you to check out Jade’s work!

My next advertiser this month is actually one of my favourite bloggers, who’s lit up the blogging world with her amazing posts, colorful photos and ray of sunshine personality recently! I can only be talking about Hellobexa of course! Bexa is one of the loveliest humans on the goddamn planet and she definitely makes the blogging world a better place!

So if you’re into crafts, Hellobexa has everything from journals and scrapbooks to sewing and baking, Bexa has tried it so if you’re crafty and creative, Hellobexa’s wonderful blog is a really great place to be! In between the creativity, she also posts about a lot of travel which are some of my favourite posts from her because her photography is stunning and general lifestyle, so there’s definitely a little something for everyone!

Melanie is definitely a bit like me, in that she’s a “bit of everything” kinda gal!
