#AD-GIFTED I’ve reviewed plenty of subscription boxes on my blog before. Beauty boxes where you can pick the products yourself, bookish themed boxes, stationery boxes and even a chocolate subscription box and they’ve all been brilliant but today’s subscription box may have just topped that list because today’s box isn’t for me… It’s for my dog. And I am just thrilled.

I can’t say I’ve ever heard of a doggy subscription box before but when I was contacted by Laura and Milo at Milo’s Mail in December, (yes Milo is the dog), I knew I had to work with them. If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you’ll know that I have a dog called Rory who I love more than life itself so any excuse to treat him is alright with me.

Milo’s Mail is a subscription box which contains 5-7 items including treats, toys and accessories and comes in 4 different subscription options, with one month or a one-off box being £24.95. Inspired by Milo, a 4 year old Beagle, Milo’s Mail recognizes that dog treats and toys don’t come cheap nor last very long with dog owners spending £400 a year on average on these sort of items for our dogs! Milo’s Mail is a cost effective alternative with a range of different high quality products that get delivered straight to your door! Here’s what’s inside:

Pets That Play Extendable Stretch Buddy

Rory took a liking to this as soon as he saw it, which is great because he’s not that interested in toys but on occasion will rip one to shreds. The quality of this is great and made from really tough material so if you’re dog is one that likes to rip the heads off of their toys, then this would be a great option!

Bobble Ball Dog Toy

This guy is super cute and the multiple textures are supposed to stimulate your dogs senses!

Squeaky Biscuit Dog Toy

This oreo looking toy is the squeaky one of the bunch because you gotta have a super loud and annoying squeaky dog toy haven’t you?

A Doggie Bowtie

I’m not sure of the brand of this but I loved the doggie bowtie and I’m so surprised that he let me put it on him and he wasn’t bothered by it at all! In fact, he fell asleep with it on at one point! It’s not too tight either, so it fits really well and make him look really dapper.

500ml Travel Water Bottle

This was really handy because his old water bottle which was of a similar make to this one had actually broke so we did need a new one. These bottles are so handy, especially in the Summer and they have a little dish that you pour the water which the dog drinks right out of. This was a really handy item to have in this box!

Pawbakes Bakies Peanut Butter and Honey Doggie Biscuit Baking Kit

My dog loves his food – and everyone else’s – so I was really excited to make these, see how they turned out and see what he thought of them! I’ve honestly never seen a doggie biscuit baking kit before either!

Billy + Margot Popcorn for Dogs

Okay another item I never knew excited – popcorn for dogs! What an idea! He wasn’t sure about these at first, I think it was the texture and consistency because I can imagine popcorn is a weird sensation for dogs if they’ve never had it before but he learnt to like them!

I was really impressed with the Milo’s Mail subscription box and I can totally see how it’s a more cost effective way to treat your dog and save money in the long run. Have you tried anything like this before?

  1. This is soooo cute! I’d love to get Hugo something like this. He’s quite a fussy eater so I’m not too sure how well it would work out, but I’m sure he’d like some of it 😂. It’s his birthday next month, something like this would be a nice present x

  2. Okay so firstly HOW CUTE is Rory in his bow tie!? What a dapper gent! Also I’m so pleasantly surprised by how much you get in this box! I love that there’s both treats and toys, and a big variety. The water bottle is so practical too, I love it. I don’t have a dog (yet!) but I love treating my cats so when I do get one this is definitely going to be something I look into!

  3. I don’t even have a dog and I think this is a really cool idea. You really can get subscription boxes for everything now! Great post – he looks so cute in that bow tie!

  4. This sounds like a great subscription box! We have one over here called Bark Box which is similar. I’ve been debating trying it out for our pups. Especially since I discovered that they have one for more destructive pups hahaha

  9. Your dog is so sweet! I’ve never heard of a dog subscription box but it’s such a great idea! I’ve got two doggies who would love a box full of treats and toys (especially the popcorn and biscuits) 😂 x

  10. Am I the only one who’d feel tempted to taste that popcorn ;-)? He looks so dashing :-). If they ever want someone to try a catbox I’m a candidate! I have reviewed a few brushes and kibble but never anything fun :-). Such a fun box!

  11. Milo and I are so glad you and Rory enjoyed the box!

The leggy dog (as we’ve nicknamed him) seems to be a favourite as he’s a lot stronger than he looks – Milo sleeps with his 🙂

It was an absolute pleasure to work with you xx
