I love my jewelry. In case you didn’t know, it’s a big passion of mine. I’ve never been really into fashion or handbags. And I don’t spend a great deal of time or money on make-up. But jewelry? I don’t think you need to be a global brand in order to make a different to someone’s life. But the Giving Back Program that Nordgreen have implemented has SERIOUSLY inspired me. Nordgreen Giving Back Program

One of the main things that attracted me to Nordgreen was their Giving Back Program. During a year of so much tragedy and heart-break and with people losing so much all over the world, it’s not hard to get behind a brand who not only likes to give back into the world but who also considered it agiven, when the brand was established.

I was offered the choice of one watch and one extra strap to feature within this post, so let’s start with the watch itself. Due to the current changes in my approach towards sustainable fashion and “doing my bit” so to speak, I opted for the Vegan leather strap. I had absolutely no qualms about this as leather doesn’t play a role in my life anyway.

For this particular watch, there are various variations of colours and metals you can choose. From the face, the strap and the metal. This simple but elegant watch was designed by Danish designer, Jakob Wagner and I think it’s utterly beautiful. I absolutely love the navy face that I chose, combined with the rose gold and the grey vegan leather. We all know how much I love my grey and rose gold!

Another neat feature is that you can choose the size of the face between 32mm, 36mm and 40mm. I went for the middle one as I tend to prefer bigger watches but not too big and this size was a perfect choice for me.

Navy Blue Vegan Leather Watch Strap, Rose Gold, 36mm – £46

I love the element of the interchangable straps that Nordgreen offer. Again, I chose a Vegan Leather strap with rose gold buckle but in a navy blue, to match the watch face. I love that I now essentially have 2 different watches that I can mix and match depending on my outfit or occasion.

The watch and strap arrived in this gorgeous sturdy box which contains the same level of elegance and durability as the watches themselves. They really don’t leave out any details at Nordgreen.
