How should you take these products?
For the CBD oil, it is recommended to take a 0.25ml dosage through the pipette once a day – prefably before bedtime and at roughly the same time each day, if possible. Columbia Care suggest upping your dose after one week but only if you want or need to. The maximum dosage you can take is 70mg – 2 and a half capsules.
You don’t need to up your dosage at all, if you don’t want to. - Have people to talk to and a support system that allows you to speak freely about your stress issues
