My perfect day at Disneyland Paris! Collab with Lize in Disneyland

As someone who’s never really done collaborations with other bloggers on their blog before, this month I have a grand total of TWO! Can you believe it? I’ve really enjoyed these posts and I’d love to collaborate with more bloggers in the future. So today’s post, is a little collab with one of the sweetest bloggers on the entire planet. If you love anything Disney, the she’s the person to go to for all the amazing Disney content. I mean, obviously the only person I could be talking about here is Lize in Disneyland isn’t it?! Obviously our collab had to be Disney related and having both been to Disneyland Paris, today we’re both posting about our ideal day at Disneyland Paris. And it’s giving me all the nostalgia and all the feels. As soon as you’re done here, do head over to her blog and check out her post! Anyway, let’s head to Disneyland!

Disney x Books with The Book People *

There’s two things that you should already know about me. 1) I love Disney. I love Disney with all my heart. I’ve grown up with Disney, I have a Disney related blog name, a Disney tattoo and I never listen to regular music – just Disney songs (okay that’s a white lie but I do listen to a lot of Disney songs on a day-to-day basis). And 2) I love books. Books remain my one true love. Books brought me out of a dark place and books led me to start my blog which has brought me so much since; friends, creative freedom, self-employment and amazing opportunities to work with some wonderful brands. Like The Book People, who I’m lucky enough to work with today.

My ideal dining experience & dream menu! *

Not having to cook is always a popular dinner option for me. As much as I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes and foods, not having to cook and being able to sit back, relax and let the food come to you is always a nice treat. Whether that’s a quick takeaway from my favourite Chinese (seriously, it is the BEST Chinese takeaway in the UK), a cute little café in the park or a slightly posher (but not too posh) restaurant for a lavish 3-course meal. Most cities are a hub for restaurants and places to eat and living close to London, there’s a restaurant or takeout literally everywhere you look. But of course not all dining experiences are positive, we’ve all been left disappointed by a meal that’s not been entirely up to scratch (or if you’re really unlucky, been given food poisoning from it!)

4 important things to have in your blogs sidebar

Most blogs these days have a sidebar and it’s usually one of the first things you notice when you discover a new blog. What’s in that sidebar however can be incredibly important to growing your blog, your audience and encouraging people to spend more time on your blog rather than clicking off and going elsewhere. Remember, we’re not in the days of Piczo anymore so whilst flashing images, neon graphics and moving GIF’s might grab someones attention, it’ll soon give them a headache. Sidebars need to be (relatively) clean, easy to understand but most importantly, include the right information to benefit your fabulous blog! So let’s get into it, shall we? Here are some super handy things you can include in your blogs sidebar.

Autumn staples for your wardrobe & home *

I might not be the most fashionable person but like most people, I am a person that loves Autumn. The weather, the colours, the changing of the seasons and the new energies that a new season brings – ugh, I love it all! Although Winter will always have my heart as my favourite season, Autumn comes a close second and I’m particularly enjoying it this year after an incredibly long, hot and unbearable Summer that we had here in the UK. Out with the shorts and in with the leggings and jumpers, I’m back to where I’m feel most like me and I think that shows with how motivated and inspired I am in the Autumn compared to the past 4 months. I’m not about to start bombarding you with information about what to wear this fall (because quite frankly, it’s up to you babes) I’m going to share some of my closest essentials – and home essentials – for this time of the year!
