Earlier this year, I was sent a copy of No Sad Songs by Frank Morelli to review. Now I don’t usually accept review requests anymore; in fact, I never do. As much as I’d love to read all the books in the world, it’s simply no feasible for me to accept every book review request I get but sometime piqued my interest about this one so I decided to give it a go. I love YA and would love to explore it more and No Sad Songs was a good place to start, as it covers some sensitive topics as well and touching on all the typical “YA” type elements, such as teenage angst, school, friendship and crushes. Today I’m taking part in the blog tour for No Sad Songs and have a Q&A with the author, which I hope you enjoy!
Last month I reviewed Lynsey James’s new book, The Season of Hopes and Dreams (which you can find my review of here) and today I’m thrilled to also be taking part in her blog tour. This book was really fun and light-hearted and also covered some really important topics and situations. One of those was a bucket list, that the main character, Cleo, had made after she lost her way in an accident and her dream of being a dancer was shattered. I’m hosting a guest post from Lynsey today where she’s sharing her very own bucket list! You can also find information about the book and a giveaway to win a copy at the bottom!
Hi all! I am absolutely delighted to be on the blog tour for Jaimie Adman’s novel, The Chateau of Happuy Ever Afters today. I’ve known Jaimie since pretty much when I started blogging, I’ve read a few of her Young Adult novels and loved every one of them and we also have exactly the same tattoo, which was a huge surprise when I found out! I’m so excited to be part of Jaimie’s next writing adventure and have had the chance to organise her blog tour for her. Today she’s talking about her writing process and don’t forget to scroll right down to the bottom of the post for a fantastic giveaway!
Today I’m bringing you news of a new book which I think you will love! I am gutted I didn’t have time to read this for the blog tour but I’m definitely going to get my hands on a copy (or maybe buy it for my mum for Christmas so I can steal it, mwhaha). So let’s find out what His Kidnapper’s Shoes is all about…
