It is with a heavy heart that I’m here to announce the closure of my little blog tour business Neverland Blog Tours. If you’re active in the book blogging community, you’ll be familiar with blog tours and their place in book promotion. If you’re not and don’t really care then that’s fine too. But regardless of where you stand, my business, which I set up in 2014 is closing it’s doors. I won’t say for good because nobody knows what the future holds but for now, at least.
Well… we made it. It’s 2017, at long last. I hope you all had a lovely, relaxing and joyous Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year. I for one am thrilled to see the start of a New Year but, as always, with a new month comes with it some new sponsors for Jenny in Neverland so please say a big hello to the first sponsors of 2017! And you can find all my previous monthly sponsor posts from 2016 right here.
I wanted to talk about this very specific little part of my life. Well, I say little but to me, it’s not. To me, it’s a big thing that I’m extremely proud of but to most people, they don’t see the ‘behind the scenes’ stuff. As you may, or may not, know – I run an online book touring business for authors. I won’t go into masses of detail but for those that don’t know, a book tour is a virtual tour that goes around different blogs every day for 1 or 2 weeks and provides reviews, guest posts, excerpts and giveaways about the specific book. Doesn’t sound much, right?
