I’ve done plenty of ‘blog post ideas’ posts before; Winter & Christmas, Autumn and Spring & Summer and these posts always tend to go down really well. We all struggle with blogging motivation and inspiration and sometimes, no matter how hard we try, we cannot come up with an idea for a blog post for the life of us. I’ve been there, you’ve been there, we’ve all been there. So I don’t think there’s any shame in asking, looking or offering help for people stuck in those inspiration-ruts. Now I’ve got the seasons out the way, I thought I’d do more niché style blog post ideas lists, starting with my favourite niché of all… books! Here are 25 book themed blog post ideas that you’re free to use!
I don’t do these chain award tag posts anymore if I’m honest. A lot of them are for new bloggers and I’m long from being a new blogger but I was tagged in one the other day which was mostly Disney themed and it looked like fun so I wanted to join in. I’m not sure if this tag is designed for new bloggers or just anyone who fancies doing it but what I’m going to do is tag 10 bloggers with under 500 blog followers at the end of this post for you to check out and spread the love! Thank you to Charlie from That is the Spell for my nomination, do go and check out his wonderful blog!
Earlier this month, I started a brand new series on my blog called ‘Ask Jenny’, whereby I try and offer some sound advice to anyone who needs it about a problem they might have. Like the agony aunt columns in Women’s magazines, basically. But hopefully better and less generic. My first post in this series got a great response and I was super chuffed about it and many people thought it was a good idea; so like a good little micro-influencer, I took their advice and have decided to continue the series – for a while at least. Until I or my readers get bored.
Hi all – as you may have noticed, I didn’t have any sponsors during February. It was a busy month; with people coming and going all over the place so I didn’t really have the time or the patience to get any sorted. But… we’re back now and I have 4 lovely new advertisers for you this month! Let’s meet them below, shall we?
Well… we made it. It’s 2017, at long last. I hope you all had a lovely, relaxing and joyous Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year. I for one am thrilled to see the start of a New Year but, as always, with a new month comes with it some new sponsors for Jenny in Neverland so please say a big hello to the first sponsors of 2017! And you can find all my previous monthly sponsor posts from 2016 right here.
How on Earth is it December already? I’m honestly reeling in utter shock at how quickly this year has gone. It’s insane. But of course, another month means another set of advertisers and I’m delighted to be rounding off the year with this lovely bunch! Do check them out and send them some love!
Hi guys! Welcome to October’s edition of ‘Meet the Sponsors’! This month, all of my sponsors are book related. 2 of which, I’ve followed since the very, very start of my blogging venture. So if you’re a book blogger or just love books in general, you’ll love my sponsors this month so be sure to check them all out and give them a cheeky follow! So without further ado, say hello to my sparkly new October sponsors!
Last month, I used my re-vamped sponsorship packages for the first time. I was so happy with them because they were so much clearer, easier to follow and manage and just made a hella lot more sense. I also thought I would introduce a giveaway every month for a blogger or author to win a sponsorship slot with me. I thought it would be a nice thing to do every month, as well as offering up advertising slots for the £5 I usually do. So here we have my 2nd ‘Meet the Sponsors’ post, with a few brand new bloggers to meet! So, without further ado…
Hi everybody! Now as you know, I’ve offered advertising space on my blog for a good year now. I love doing this and I think it’s been a good addition to my blog. My advertising packages have changed 3 times since I introduced them – adding new perks, changing prices and names and just generally fiddling about with them. Well, it’s happened again. Woops. I wasn’t entirely happy with my packages as they were – they were incredibly hard to manage so I revamped them all last month and I completely happy with how they are now. One revamp was the introduction of this, ‘Meet the Sponsor’ post which I will do every month so the sponsors can write a little bit about themselves and provide all the links for you to be able to find them! It’s a nice way to promote people even more and encorporate others onto my blog. So without further ado, please say hello to my July sponsors!
Blurb: Mark Webber was at the centre of one of the most captivating chapters in the history of Formula One. In 2010, while racing for Red Bull, he and his team mate Sebastian Vettel went head to head for the World Championship. There could only be one winner.
In his trademark straight-talking, no-nonsense style Mark reveals his amazing life on and off the Formula One race track. From his first taste of karting to his F1 debut in 2002, scoring Minardi’s first points in three years at the Australian Grand Prix, through to his first win with Red Bull at the 2009 German Grand Prix and the year he should have been crowned World Champion. Mark Webber’s journey to the top of Formula One was every bit as determined and committed as his racing. Aussie Grit is his searingly honest story. Continue reading
