Laura’s Little Book Blog

llbb-bannerMy name is Laura and I am an avid reader. As is the case with most book lovers, I have had my nose in books since I was very little. My Nan has picture of me when I was two pretending I could read the words of an adult book. We all have something that makes us happy in life and my heart really does beat for books, I couldn’t live without them. I live in the south of England and work as a Marketing Executive in the publishing industry, so my life is full to the brim with books. My blog is of course mainly about bookish things, but I do also write about events I’ve been to and other things I love in life like stationary and baking. Links: Blog | Twitter | Facebook | Instagram

Girl vs. Books

Confession: I hate writing about myself. It’s just so. freaking. awkward. But, I must! So here we go. My name is Leah, and I love to read. I have way too many books (I snort when I read about people with a “massive TBR pile” that is 10 books *insert evil laugh here*), I’m obsessed with American TV shows (I’m currently watching Gilmore Girls for the first time, ever), and I’m a sports fanatic (Manchester United, for my sins)
I blog at Girl vs Books, although really it’s no contest – the books will always win, they’re pretty good like that, and I love getting my thoughts down in a post about various books. I read all kinds of genres – Chick Lit, YA (which is probably my favourite genre), NA, fantasy, crime, thriller, anything, which makes my blog a bit of a mixed bag, but I love it! You can find me on various social media sites, it would be lovely to talk books with you, especially if we share an epically large TBR pile. Links: Blog | Twitter | Instagram
