Watches can be a real statement piece of jewelry and fashion and I believe that everyone should own a really nice watch at least once in their life. I’ve been through my fair share; nothing expensive or fancy by certainly watches that highlighted my style at the time (which was Grunger chic – 16 year-old me was cool bro). My last watch was a brown leather strap with a pirates map in the face and although I bloody loved that watch, it’s safe to say I’ve come a long way since then. And don’t really partake in pirate fashion anymore.

The all-in-one beauty product you need in your routine

I’m always up for trying new products but the thing about me is that I hate having too much “stuff”. If you know me from Twitter, you’ll know I’m a constant cleaner / sorter-outer and I hate keeping anything unnecessary. I hate having more than what I need (I guess you could say I have a fairly minimalist mindset in that respect!) and my beauty / skincare collection would be gasped at by some beauty bloggers out there! So anything that makes my life easier and isn’t left lying around doing nothing is always a bonus for me.

Every blogger’s dream parcel: Ryman Stationery *

I’m going to say that really annoying, over-used, cliché sentence that everyone hates… When Ryman Stationery contacted me and asked if I’d like to work with them, I completely jumped at the chance! And although I’m internally cringing just writing that, I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t 100% true. I’m sure most bloggers can relate to my love of stationery; crisp, brand new notebooks with not a mark on them, trolling through pages after pages or shelf after shelf of pens of all different types and colours, random multi-coloured paperclips and nick-nacks that you’re never going to use… Sigh. A blogger’s heaven. That’s more or less how I felt as I scrolled through the Ryman’s website, picking my items for review.

Improving my wellbeing with Desk Yogi (& giveaway!) 

Ever since I was diagnosed with anxiety, I’ve been really into yoga. I decided to give it a try as I heard it was calming and that I would benefit from the mindfulness, breathing and meditation techniques taught within in. Now, if I can, I try and practice yoga every single day; even if it’s just 20 minutes or so. I find that it just improves my day and makes me feel healthier and happier, regardless of what else is going on around me.
