My relationship with sport *

I think it’s safe to say that the vast majority of us will have some experience with sport at some point or another in our lives. From sports day at Primary School, to P.E lessons at High School, going to football matches with your Dad or even a career in the sport industry later in life. I have a long history with sport and in fact, this can be a pretty sensitive topic for me because back in Secondary School, my goal was to study Sports Science at University and then go on to be a fitness instructor or a nutritionist or something in the sporting industry. I loved sports, I loved P.E and I loved being active but unfortunately, life sometimes has other plans.

Advice for first time skiers *

I’ve tried to incorporate travel and holiday type posts on my blog a lot more recently because holidays, trips and even short weekends away mean an awful lot to me. They leave us with some of the best memories and photos to look back on and by writing about it, I get to reminisce all over again! My most recent trip was a weekend away in Shropshire on the Severn Valley Railway, which I’ve done twice now and thoroughly enjoy and back in March, I also wrote a post about some of my favourite holidays. You’ll see that one of the holidays I included in that post was skiing, which is what I’m chatting about today!
