I’ve officially fallen down the “clickbait” hole. But ya no, in a world where 4 billion bloggers are all trying to achieve the same thing and all want dem viewz, you’ve gotta do what you can to stand out, haven’t you? Anyway, I pinched this tag from Hello Bexa (you can find her post here) partially because it looked fun and partially because I was a little stuck for July content ideas and you can’t go wrong with a tag every now and again. So here we are, with another tag post!
A couple of years ago, I did a post called the “random questions generator Q&A” which was, well, what it says on the tin really. I found a random questions generator online, generated 10 random questions (blimey, imagine that!) and answered them in a Q&A! So I thought this would be a fun post to do again because you don’t know what questions you’re going to get and you’re likely going to be answering something a little different from the good old, “why did you start blogging?”. So, I generated 10 questions and I’m answering every question that came up and not skipping any – cos that’s cheating. Here’s what I got!
I haven’t done a bookish tag post in soooo long. I used to do a fair few of them in the early years of my blog, when I blogged predominantly about books but as of late, not many tags have come my way. So thank you to Kris from Boston Book Reader for tagging me in this one! It looks like fun and hopefully you’ll learn a bit more about my bookish loves, hates and habits!
It’s another tag post today (again because I’m running low on blog post ideas and I found this one on Little Owl Loves blog and thought it was cute! I wasn’t technically tagged in it – ooh rebel) and I love my bed and I love sleeping so I thought a bedtime tag was perfect for me! I’ve also recently bought some gorgeous new bedding so this is a great opportunity to show it off!
When I’m lacking a few blog posts ideas, I find you can’t go wrong with a nice, simple tag post! And if it’s a bookish themed tag post, even better. Luckily… I found just that on Golden Books Girl and you can find her post here. Ready? Let’s answer some booky questions. If you want to do the tag yourself please feel free and link me to them as I’d love to read your answers!
This tag is doing its rounds on YouTube at the moment and I think it’s such a cute and unique (well, not unique anymore as everyone’s doing it!) idea for a post and/or video. I loved Gabby’s, Louise’s and Hannah’s videos of this tag and wanted to link their videos in this post as theirs is where I got the idea from. Now, just to clarify, I’m not pregnant nor am I thinking about getting pregnant and for arguments sake, let’s assume these names won’t be used on a metaphorical baby my boyfriend and I have in the future. Cos he is the reason I can’t use some of the gorgeous names I love.
I’ve taken quite a liking to doing these “Award Tag” posts but actually using them for something else: helping to promote and recognise smaller bloggers in the industry. These chain awards were designed to help small and/or new bloggers to connect and recognise each other for their brilliant work and whilst I’m either small nor new anymore (that makes me sound super big headed but these are designed for bloggers with under 500 followers and I’m well above that now) I appreciate the nominations and like to use my own post to promote other amazing, smaller bloggers! So ready for some more?

Gooood morning folks! Now, if you follow me or my blog you’ll know I am super open about my mental health problems and I’m a huge advocate for mental health awareness, ending the stigma and educating people on the symptoms and options for mental health problems. I don’t think you can ever talk about mental health too much, there’s always someone willing to learn or who needs to learn. I found The Mental Health tag on Anxiously, Me blog and instantly wanted to do it myself. Please go and check out Anxiously Me’s post here as well.
I really love doing fun and personal posts every now and again and I recently stumbled upon Gabriella’s video about ’10 things she would save in a fire‘. This video was intended to be done as a video ‘tag’ but as you’re well aware that I definitely, 100% do not do YouTube I decided to make it into a blog post instead! But credit to Gabby for creating the tag in the first place and you can find her video here. I really enjoyed doing this and thinking of the items I would save; it really makes you realise what is sentimental to you and what isn’t and I was surprised by some of my choices. So let’s assume every human in my house is clever enough to get out themselves, with everything left, here’s the 10 things I would save If my house was on fire *but touch wood it won’t be*.
