ad // The Easter holidays are almost here and it can always be a struggle to figure out what to do every day. There are so many options and when you’re trying to cram as much in as possible, the costs can add up – and rapidly. So it’s always nice to get a cheeky discount on your activities and here I’m going to suggest 10 amazing discounted activities you can do during this Easter!

If you’re a family who like to go out a lot and experience attractions, days out, restaurants, cinemas and more, then you will be benefitting massively from today’s sponsor tastecard.

tastecard offers incredible dining, attraction, and cinema discounts and will make the perfect companion this Easter break when many families will be out and about enjoying the first of many warm days to come.

For one yearly membership fee, you can use as many discounts as you want or need to and there is so much choice, that there’s something for everyone! Easter is just around the corner, so start planning your Easter activities now.

So here are my 10 top suggestions of discounted activities for the whole family to enjoy this Easter holiday:

Dinner at Prezzo

You can find a ton of restaurant deals in London but one of our favourites is Prezzo. Prezzo serves Italian food ranging from pastas to pizza and even burgers. My personal favourite dish is their spaghetti with king prawns and my partner always opts for the Posh Pepperoni pizza – a spicy pepperoni bound to get the taste buds tingling. You can get 2 for 1 on main meals at Prezzo with tastecard!

Scare-fest at the London Dungeons

Fancy a scare-fest this Easter holiday? What better place to do it than the London Dungeons? You’ll be able to nab yourself up to 20% off entry with tastecard for the dungeons this Easter holiday and it’s a really fun experience that you won’t forget in a long time! Learn about the Great Fire of London, Jack the Ripper and more!

Cinema trips

Cinema trips are always a fun way to spend a few hours and there’s SO many great films out right now, that there’s bound to be something for the whole family to enjoy at your local flicks. You can get discounts on tickets at Vue, Cineworld, ODEON, and even more cinemas with tastecard so you can enjoy the newest best movies for even less. Don’t forget the popcorn!

A movie and Domino’s night at home

Fun activities don’t always have to mean going outside the home, a cozy at-home movie night is also a great way to have fun during the Easter holidays. Whether it’s a family film night or your kid is having a sleepover, what better thing to accompany a movie night? PIZZA! You can now get 50% off pizza at Domino’s with a tastecard membership!

Adrenaline rush at Alton Towers

You can get up to a whopping 53% off entry tickets to Alton Towers and I personally can’t think of a more fun way to spend a day (or two) during the Easter holidays! Alton Towers has something for everyone – especially the thrill-seekers in the family!

Under the sea with SEA LIFE

Most of the SEA LIFE branches offer discounts for tastecard members, which are usually up to around a 24% saving! That’s a great saving for a trip for the whole family over the Easter holidays. I love going to SEA LIFE and have been to the Birmingham, Great Yarmouth and London branches and they’ve all been absolutely fascinating.

Up, up and away with iFly indoor skydiving

Located in Manchester, Basingstoke or Milton Keynes, if you fancy defying gravity, then this is the activity for you this Easter holiday! Don’t quite have the guts for a skydive? Then try the iFly indoor skydiving experience and grab up to 50% off your experience with your tastecard membership.

Madame Tussauds

Going to London during the Easter holidays? Madame Tussauds shouldn’t be missed! Meet the wax works of all your favourite celebrities and get around 24% off entry fee when you use your tastecard membership. The line is typically quite long to get into Madame Tussauds, so get there early to avoid disappointment!

London Eye

And what better way to finish off your day than a trip on the London Eye? Enjoy the sights and the views of London and secure up to 28% off your London Eye tickets with tastecard.

One for the kids (and kids at heart) – Shrek’s Adventure

Enter the fantastical world of Shrek, Fiona and Donkey in the Shrek’s Adventure experience in London, an immersive attraction that plunges you into the world of Shrek and brings the story, the characters and the fun to life. From special effects, to a 4D bus ride, quests and more! You can get up to 27% off your entry tickets with tastecard for this attraction.

Each attraction, restaurant and activity featured on tastecard has their own terms and conditions when it comes to the discounts they offer, so it’s always vital to make sure you read the information before booking, to ensure you can make the most of your tastecard subscription.

For example, Prezzo don’t allow tastcard discounts on a Friday or a Saturday or throughout December, so definitely check each individual discount to make sure it will work for you throughout the Easter holidays.

But if you’re a tastecard member who likes to go out and eat and have fun experiences with your family, then the yearly subscription will be 100% worth it! You’ll be getting so many savings that you’ll make your yearly subscription back tenfold! Enjoy your Easter holidays.

What are your plans for the Easter holidays? Will you be attending any of these places?

  1. All these activities sound like so much fun. And definitely something we would do with my toddler, to keep her entertained.

  2. I love my Tastecard – need to get me to the cinema stat with those deals! And a good dinner at Prezzo can’t be beat!
But I need to admit that skydiving experience sounds right up my street… pondering!

  3. I haven’t heard of tastecard, but it sounds great. Love good discounts anytime if the year! But me and my family and partner are wanting to do things this holiday, so this sounds like a great idea. Thank you for sharing.

    1. If you’re out and about a lot and like doing different things, then tastecard is a really good option. However, even if you go out for like 3 meals in a year with the tastecard discounts, you’re going to be getting your money’s worth!

  4. Ahh what fab suggestions. I must admit I’ve been worried about how to keep the kids entertained during the holidays, affordably as well. I love that you’ve picked out things that are slightly different. Although I’m way too much of a wimp for rollercoasters and the dungeons. Haha. My eldest would absolutely loose her mind over the shrek’s adventure! We’re hoping to have a few nights in London later on in the year so I’ll keep this in mind.
