Okay guys, where is this year going? It seems like only yesterday I was sitting here saying I couldn’t believe it was the end of January and here we are – another month down the line! I hope all your Februaries have been wonderful and had a lovely Valentines Day (if you celebrate it) and of course pancake day! Here’s what’s been going on in my booky world this month.
I have been extremely lucky with giveaways this month and managed to win 4 within 2 weeks! Wow! Pictured below are some of the books I’ve won which managed to reach me. There are some more in the post which will be featured in next months round-up!
Now onto books I’ve read. I didn’t read quite as many as I planned to read but you know, life gets in the way sometimes. I was in the mood for old favourites, so I did a re-read of two John Green books, ‘Looking for Alaska’ and ‘Paper Towns’. I also read ‘By My Side‘ by Alice Peterson which was absolutely wonderful and ‘Insanity (Mad in Wonderland)’ by Cameron Jace which was on my Kindle and the review will be up in March! This brings my 2015 Reading Challenge total up to 8 books which I know isn’t as good as some, but at least I’m not behind and have managed to read some outstanding books!
Also in the post this month I got a gorgeous signed copy of ‘The Visitors’ by Rebecca Mascull which will soon belong to one of YOU as I’m using it in my 2 year blogoversary giveaways!
I’m super excited about my blogoversary next month (this month!) and all the fabulous giveaways I have for you all but no more pictures as I don’t want to give too much away! But you’re all in for a treat as there are tons of books up for grabs plus some bookish goodies and book marks!
2 days before the end of the month I also got a little surprise in the post that I wasn’t actually expecting which was ‘Ivy Lane’ by Cathy Bramley which I have heard endless things about on Twitter and am so so so insanely excited to start reading! Look how beautiful the cover is too!
