The more active your brain is, the better, because it is going to help keep you out of trouble and it will mean that you are able to enjoy life a lot more too.
A healthy brain is an active one, and if you have a healthy brain you are going to find that life becomes a lot easier, but also more meaningful. As such, this is important to make sure of too, whether you do it by playing sudoku or Wordle, or reading books
