So I’ve ended up getting in my time machine and winding back 5 years because today… I’m doing a TAG post. Say what? Honestly, I cannot remember the last time I did any sort of tag post but I used to do a lot of them within the first few years of blogging. They were always so much fun and carefree. Something I don’t think I’ve felt with my content in quite a long time.

So although I’m not planning on making tag posts a regular feature on my blog again, I wanted to do one because why the heck not. Blogging is supposed to be fun. I know a lot of bloggers have done this Vogue 73 Questions tag post but I stole this from Lisa’s Notebook (one of my favesss).

I’ve gained a LOT of followers (shameless self plug: if you want to grow your blog following check out my Beginners Guide To Growing Your Following eBook here!) since I last did a tag post so if you fancy getting to know me a little more, here’s your chance!

I was also really struggling to think of content ideas for this month so this was a bit of a cop out but don’t tell anyone. Let’s go!

This is a really bad start butttt I don’t really drink Starbucks haha! But the last time I did, I had a Cappuccino.

At GCSE, yes. But sixth form, no because I prioritized getting drunk than studying.

I honestly don’t know. I’m sorry that’s a bit of a cop out answer but I don’t. I’ve had SO MANY ideas of what I would want to do for a job which would be really rewarding. A librarian, a therapist, at one point I wanted to join the police force. But I honestly don’t know what my “dream” job is.

I love what I do now of course, I’m so grateful for my career and the opportunities I’ve had from it and I wouldn’t want it to end any time soon. But I never envisioned this for myself and if something came up that I was more aligned to, I’d probably go for it.

Maybe I just don’t have a dream job and maybe that’s okay.

  1. Absolutely brilliant post. Really love getting to know you posts. Your totally right too. Blogging should always have a fun side wether your taking it serious or not. Something I’m looking at at the moment too.
Oh and goats are the best 😍

  2. Great fun post! Loved learning more about you. We have books in common, which we knew about, autumn is also my fav season but I’d chose pie over cake. LOL

  3. I love tags! It’s a nice easy way to share things about yourself. I’m Hufflepuff and kittens all the way! (Defo going to do this as well!)

  4. Oh ya, we got things in common! I am a Slytherin too and Jo Marsh is my kind of gal! Love some of the humor in here; 73 questions is a lot of questions, but I think I would I love to have this kind of conversation with someone over the table during a first or second date.

I am signing up for your college class. 🙂
Thanks for sharing a little bit more about yourself!

  5. I hear you about the dream job, I’m always changing my mind and get shorts spirts of inspiration. Like I went to the chiropractor the other day and now I want to be one ahahah what. I’m going to the zoo tomorrow so I’ll probably end up wanting to be a zoo keeper next,

    Corinne x

  6. I love these kinds of posts! They’re fun and simple, but I always get a kick out of them (I did this one a few months back too)

As for your answers – 1) Ice cream is my favorite too 😋 2) I also work in bed (and my workstation is also a mess because of that, lol) 3) Number 33 took me a second (we don’t call vacations “holidays” in the states so I wasn’t sure what that meant at first 😂)

  7. I remember when tags were all the rage! It was interesting reading through your answers, Jenny! I definitely agree with the advice about using one word rather than three. Reading back some of my old writing I just think “cut it by a third…PLEASE” xx

  8. Number 15 is a whole mood. I smoked and got high instead of studying in my 6th form! But look at me now, world! 28 with debilitating anxiety. Stressy, messy and depressy but living for it! No, really, I loved this post. Such a good idea and something fun!

  9. As soon as I saw the title of this I couldn’t wait to read your answers – and thank you so much for the shout out too, I loved compiling my 73 questions 🙂 You’re right about these posts being fun, something I think us bloggers could all do with more of. And “Maybe I just don’t have a dream job and maybe that’s okay” resonated with me so much – spot on, Jenny, spot on! xxx

  10. Good grief, that’s a lot of questions! Not sure if I would have the patience to answer 73, and would be very surprised if anyone is interested in my answers! Might be fun to choose 10 at random and give it a go though.
