I love trying new products and when those products are cruelty-free, natural and Vegan, that’s even better. You’ll know that I’m not Vegan myself but I am actively trying to cut down the meat I’m eating and I’m really interested in looking into dairy-alternatives soon too. But I always think that any small way to help the environment is good; and buying, promoting and sharing cruelty-free and Vegan products is a great way to do that. Which is why you’ve seen a fair few natural / Vegan product reviews on my blog before! I’m here with another one for you today and this one could possibly be my favourite yet. I was so chuffed with all of these products and I can’t wait to share them with you!
All products in the Organii range are certified natural as well as being cruelty-free and Vegan! Their philosophy is that natural, cruelty-free products shouldn’t have to break the bank, should be accessible for everyone and also family friendly, so people of all ages can get the personal and environmental benefits of using cruelty-free and Vegan products! Yay! Sound like a dream brand right? I was asked to chose a few products from their website to review so here are those which I chose. But I’d just like to make a note that I adore the packaging of all of these products so much! It’s so simple but it’s fun and you can clearly see that it’s child-friendly, too.
Strawberry Shower Gel
I absolutely adore the strawberry shower cream – it was the first product I tried and as soon as I opened the lid, I got a waft of strawberry. It smells so very strawberry-ish! Which I’m not complaining about at all; I tend to find with more natural products, it always says it has a scent but rarely that scent comes through. But that’s certainly not the case with this and I very much enjoyed my extremely Strawberry shower! When I went to see Katy Perry live back when her Teenage Dream album was out, they had scented the air to smell like strawberries and this shower gel reminded me of that!
Natural Care Hand Cream
My hands are something I totally neglect – and I know I shouldn’t. I pick my nails to within an inch of their life (like seriously, they are bad to the point where I think I may need to see my therapist about it because the nail picking stems from something deeper. But that’s for another post haha) and I never moisturize them either, which inevitably leads me to dry, gross looking hands. So that’s the reason I picked this product because I want to encourage myself to take better care of my hands. The consistency of the hand cream is really nice; it’s super creamy but sets into the skin really quick, which is perfect! Also… another thing that smells absolutely divine. I absolutely love anything orange scented so I’m really happy with this one!
Rose Liquid Soap
Another product from Organii with a prominent scent, although this one is much more subtle which is good for what the product is. This is a nice hand soap to keep by the sink for when you’ve been to the lavatory and as you can see in the photo, there’s a lot of product there. You definitely get your money’s worth with this one which I think is really good, especially if you have kids who will be (should be!) washing their hands a lot. I can imagine this lasting me a very long time!
SPF 30 Sun Cream
I am incredibly fair skinned and I burn so easily so I’m always very wary to stay out of the sun. I don’t particularly like Summer either, I’m not a fan of heat, it makes me miserable and anxious so I’ll always be found in the shade on a sunny day but… you know how careful you have to be with UV rays. And it’s always better to be safe than sorry. So I picked the SPF 30 sun cream for that reason. I loved the box this came in and again, you get a lot of product in the bottle. I popped some on my legs whilst sitting in the garden one sunny day in May and first and foremost, I didn’t burn so I guess that’s job done for this one! But I did like the formula and how the cream went on too.
I hope you liked this little round up of the Organii products! What do you think? Have you bought from this company before? Do you try and opt for Vegan / cruelty-free / natural products more?
